Community rules
Five rules. They’re short.
1No sourcing.
No vendor names, links, discount codes, "DM me", "where do you get yours", or hints. Removed on sight; repeat offenders are removed from the community.
2No advertising or affiliate content
of any kind, for anything.
3Share experience, not prescriptions.
Describe what you did and what you observed. Don’t tell anyone else what to take.
4Cite when you claim.
Opinions are welcome — label them as opinions.
5Not a clinic.
If something is urgent, stop and seek professional care. We’ll say so and close the thread.
